Base Fee Price Range:

  • Gross Revenue is under $250K -$ 940

  • Gross Revenue is over $250K -$1040

  • Foreign disclose forms (8938, 5472, 5471, etc) -$300-$600

  • Amended Business returns -$300-$600

  • Late S-corporation election -$150

  • Priority/Rush Business Tax Preparation (engagement signed and documents uploaded less than 30 days before tax deadline) -$350

Client Care – Tax Resolution & IRS Representation (Examples):
Resolving IRS paper audit notices, calling the IRS/ State regarding delayed or missing refunds, reviewing and responding to IRS notices, requesting and analyzing IRS transcripts, assisting with penalty relief, correcting IRS account errors, checking on installment agreements, and communicating with the IRS on your behalf.

A business client care plan can only be purchased as an add-on to your Business Tax Preparation Service. Valid for 1 year from the purchase date. There's no subscription or auto-renewal. The package is billed with the tax preparation service.
